- Phase 1: The first step is to begin with a consultation and deciding on a home plan. Sterling Framers offers a free in-home consultation where we will come out to your property in order to assess the location and needs of your project, so together we can decide on a floorplan and design. After the initial consult, a quote will be sent to you along with the expected project details and timeline.
- Phase 2: The second phase includes acquiring the appropriate permits needed. Sterling Framers always follows safety protocols and ensures the required permits are obtained in order to begin your project.
- Phase 3: The third phase includes demolition (if needed), framing and laying the foundation. Once the framing is complete, this will give you a visual of the layout.
- Phase 4: The fourth phase includes electrical, plumbing, and insulation.
- Phase 5: The fifth phase includes flooring, drywall, and cabinets.
- Phase 6: The sixth phase is the most exciting phase for you as this means we are nearing the finish line! This is when we will focus on paint colors, crown molding, and all the small but important final touches.
